Erik Lundberg

design | preserve | restore

Erik is a designer and project manager with a hands-on role in every phase of the architectural process—from shaping a project’s vision to guiding it through completion. With a background spanning residential, commercial, and adaptive reuse work, he brings a thoughtful, research-driven approach to each design challenge.

His portfolio includes a wide range of projects, with a particular focus on Landmark rehabilitations, historic repositioning, and preservation-driven design. Erik draws from a deep passion for historic preservation and community-based architecture, striving to create spaces that honor the past while supporting present-day use and future resilience.

Grounded in a strong understanding of contextual zoning, building codes, and material systems, he works to create architecture that finds harmony between existing fabric and new interventions—bridging design, function, and legacy in the built environment.
